Peace Chamber

Picture
The House of Mica Peace/Sound Chamber is a partly underground, stone building that is used for conducting sacred ceremonies to promote healing and peace.  The peace/sound chamber is made of a beautiful stone called Corinthian Granite.  The stone walls are 18” thick. This granite is very rich in mica, hence the name of the chamber.  Rose quartz, clear quartz and amethyst crystals are embedded every couple of feet and can been seen in the walls of the chamber.  Rings of crystals are also placed within the 18” walls at knee height, heart height and eye level.

"When I walked into the chamber I could feel the energy immediately"

Picture
The door of the peace chamber is in the east and recessed altars are placed in the south, west and north.  The peace chamber is heated in the winter with a wood stove.  At night, candlelight renders a soft glow.  The flat roof of the chamber is supported by 200 year old beams.  A skylight in the center of the roof allows sunlight and moonlight to flow in.  The peace chamber vibrates with a lovely sound when we chant or talk in circle.  It is difficult to describe the experience of being inside the sound chamber.  Join us for a ceremony and feel what it is like for yourself!
