World-Wide 24-Hours of Chanting for Peace on the December 2024 Solstice
Please join the call to create a stream of continuous chanting for peace across the solstice. Peace chambers, groups and individuals from around the world will be joining in this annual event by each chanting for an hour in succession.
WHEN:
Universal Time: December 21, 12 am to December 22, 12 am
US East Coast Time: December 20, 7 pm to December 21, 7 pm
SOLSTICE CHANTING THEME: Everything I see, hear, smell and taste is sacred. To remember this, we chant the Tiwa sound for eyes (Cheeh), ears (Ah Tlschu), nose (Pwfu-ii), and mouth (Tlscha Moh Ne).

Solstice Chanting at House of Mica Peace Chamber in upstate New York
Friday, December 20, 6:30-8:30 pm Chanting is followed by a potluck meal. Donations benefit Northeast Food Bank. Solstice Chanting at Little Mesa Peace Chamber in Abiquiu, NM will take place at a time TBA.
